Usk Floods

FLOODING TO THE EAST OF USK ON 21.11.12

After heavy rain on 20.11.12 and especially on 21.11.12 the fields to the east of Usk were again severely flooded by the Olway Brook. Chepstow Road was flooded near The Olway Inn Hotel but was passable with care. The River Usk did not, however, come over the lower bank as it sometimes does.
